Customer Service Representative - $16/hour, Must live LOCAL to Des Moines, IA-REMOTE

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative who can work in a team atmosphere, but also thrive independently? If so, a Manpower client in Des Moines has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. TWO WEEKS ONSITE TRAINING IN DES MOINES, IA IS REQUIRED.

What’s in it for you?

  • Full-time

  • $16 per hour

  • Convenience of daytime hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

  • Ability to work from home after two weeks of on the job training IN DES MOINES IOWA .

What is the job?

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective enrollees about the Medicaid Newborn Medicaid process.

  • Documentation and proper tracking.

What should you bring to the job?

  • High school diploma.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills.

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency.

  • Ability to pass a Background check.
