Insight Global Customer Support Analyst in Des Moines, Iowa

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to fill an Infrastructure Analyst position with a large financial services client in Des Moines. This candidate will be apart of the Advisor Web Space that supports the advisor website, handles onboarding for advisors, supports different applications, and ensures accurate security access. This candidate will be joining a team of 10 others but collaborating with teams across the business in a highly collaborative environment. Candidate will act as a jack of all trades:

Candidate will work closely with internal business partners of all levels on issues related to our Advisor Web site through email, calls, Teams, etc.

Working closely with Advisors requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Maintaining high levels of customer service by answering business partners calls/emails/requests for support.

Research and troubleshooting across internal applications.

Looking into process improvements.

The hourly pay rate for this position ranges between $30.00 - $44.49 based on relevant experience. Starting salary upon conversion begins at $72,000.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree with a preference in Business, Marketing, or MIS

Relevant internship or professional experience in customer service, IT support or IT troubleshooting role.

Experience with operating systems, office apps, and with process improvements.

Windows Operating Systems.

Microsoft Office 365.

Organization, Customer Service, and Communication skills. Active Directory

Azure

Salesforce

Business experience with insurance products null
