Aston Carter Data Entry Administrator in Des Moines, Iowa

NOW HIRING A PART TIME Data Entry Administrator

Pay: $25hr

Location: Des Moines, IA

Schedule: 20 hours a week, 5 days a week - 4 hours daily.

Overview: Supporting one of our most reputable manufacturing client.

Description:

This position enters in all plant labor reporting for each department. This position will operate out of our corporate office and will report to the controller in this part-time position. Expectation is working around 20 hours a week.

  • Assist in general document processing, scanning filing, and distribution

  • Verification of ERP system inputs

  • Plant labor and production reporting

  • Enter Field/Glass/Metals hours into database for billing and job coding

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Administrative or production reporting experience of 2 years or more

  • Demonstrate reliability through exceptional attendance

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced, fast-moving work environment.
