As a Delivery Manager In our Engineering Experience and Enablement program, you will be a servant leader for one or more agile teams and your contributions will help drive modernization efforts at an enterprise scale to the AWS platform. You will play a key role in curation, documentation, support, lifecycle management & governance and reporting.

What will you do in this role?

  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation. Foster an environment of innovation, discovery, and growth.

  • Work effectively through dependencies that may span multiple teams throughout the enterprise.

  • Partner with agile team members to solution and deliver stakeholder outcomes.

  • Persist in the face of roadblocks, effectively and efficiently working to resolve them.

  • Influence, identify and suggest solutions to continuously improve the practices and methods used to deliver capabilities to the enterprise.

  • Communicate issues early to help course correct. Identify, communicate, and resolve impediments.

  • Help define, orchestrate, manage, and coordinate the holistic product lifecycle, delivery cadence, release plan and sprint schedule for multiple teams.

  • Facilitate agreement and communicate solutions for strategies around technical problems affecting the team.

  • Work with the entire value stream to help build a product mentality. Introduce and coach teams on product development techniques, such as building feedback into the product or process, that help the team "build the right thing".

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of Agile team experience in any well-known software environment preferred.

  • 3+ years experience managing software/application development projects preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints.

  • Ability to interface with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of project scope and status.

  • Basic leadership and presentations skills required.

  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners.

Skills, Abilities, and Experiences That Will Help You Stand Out:

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (especially AWS).

  • Embody high agency, resilience in overcoming challenges, are self-motived, have continuous learning and growth mindset, and display a strong sense of ownership over actions and outcomes.

  • Experience with Github and CI/CD pipelines.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$91000 - $152000 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
