Insight Global Dispute and Recovery Services Specialist in Des Moines, Iowa

Job Description

Handing exception charge back work, processing letters, chargebacks for financial institutions to work with visa and mastercards

Disputes for compliance with financial institutions

Expected after two weeks

Working within the team/ operations department

Email communication with clients every now and again

Receiving something from intuition or card holder- acting on it upon the claim

Pay range for this position is $25 - $30 / hour

Skills and Requirements

Years of exp: 1They will understand what they are doing if they have worked in a bank

Banking background- teller/ back office

MS Office, Excel, Docusign, multiple screens, typing skills

Extremely busy from a volume environment- try to stay with in a certain service level agreement- volume is fast paced null
