Local insurance company is looking to expand their customer support team! This call center supports the agents, and policy holders. On average you will take about 30 calls and day, and in between manage and process policy changes. They prefer life insurance industry experiene, and you must have atleast 2 years call center experience. This job is ONSITE. Apply through this job post today to be considered for interviews!

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Life insurance industry experience is preferred. Join us in making a positive impact on individuals' lives. Hours are M-F 8am to 4:30pm, pay rate is $25/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to agents, and policy holders

• Life Insurance industry experience

• Performing policy transactions

• Processing service requests, and changes to policies

• Sending out various documentation, and doing appropriate research

• Collaborate with team on how to improve processes, and increase customer satisfaction

• Receiving and answer on average around 30 phone calls a day

• Properly documenting all interactions

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, Associates preferred.
