As the backbone of clients on our tech team, you'll oversee business-analytic operations for a handful of applications, juggle multiple projects concurrently, and manage project expectations brilliantly – all while keeping everyone in the loop about those pesky risks and issues that can wreak havoc on a project timeline.

In this crucial role, you'll be located at the heart of the action in the Project Management Office (PMO), reporting not only to the manager of the PMO but also having direct access to the Technology Department and the Chief Information Officer. That’s right, your influence will spread far!

The essence of your role includes turning project-scoping documents into actionable project plans and prepping executive reports on significant projects. You’ll be the point-person for coordinating all vendor communication, keeping cool under pressure in project “mission control” as the main communication link.

Beyond building and maintaining project scopes, you’ll also have the critical skills in tracking and clearing roadblocks, taking strategic decisions, managing meetings, and most importantly, consistent updates with the stakeholders, vendors, customers, and our internal team members.

Base salary $75,000- $90,000 as the base salary DOE, plus an annual bonus, a generous vacation package, and a retirement plan.

To thrive in this role, you'll ideally have a four-year degree in Business or Management Information Systems and a minimum of three years' experience managing technical projects, preferably within the banking sector. Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements is a plus, although not required. However, a solid understanding of IT concepts, advanced computer skills, and the ability to manage people during project execution are a must.
