The Role
The MDM Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical and configuration management support for the U.S. Army IMCOM G9 Child and Youth Services (CYS) Commercial Enterprise Network (CEN).
Position requires the ability to have or obtain a Public Trust background investigation with favorably adjudicated Child Care National Agency Check and Inquiries (CNACI) and a FINAL favorable investigation must be achieved.
Cisco Meraki Mobile Device Management (MDM) Support Engineer adding two new MDM engineers to provide geographic support to Asia Pacific(APAC) and Europe Middle East Asia (EMEA)

EMEA MDM Engineer : 5:00 am EST - 1:00 pm EST
The Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise configuration as it pertains to MDM within the CEN
Work directly with Cisco Meraki Engineering to resolve issues related to MDM
Develop and maintain a Knowledge Management portal pertaining to MDM within the CEN
Provide asset management of CEN end user devices utilizing MDM
Provide configuration management of CEN end user devices utilizing MDM
Member of CEN Configuration Control Board (CCB)
Provide regular reports to the government on MDM related data
Provide training (as required) on MDM to CEN government personnel
Create/design deployment guides/tutorials for CEN MDM end users
Research and resolve MDM issues reported by CEN
Be a subject matter expert on Cisco Meraki MDM
This is a new customer funded position for a Cisco Meraki Engineer to work on remotely with occasional travel supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) on Lumen services provided to IMCOM (US Army) Child Youth Services Program. Positions will either provide primary support to sites and users in the APAC or EMEA geographic areas and will provide support to other areas if available as a secondary area of responsibility.
Each position will have core work hours aligned with the regional area of responsibility and will be led by the Team Lead Program Engineer. These positions are part of a Lumen Program Management Office in support of the services provided to the Child Youth Services CEN Program.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Experience Requirements:
3 years of MDM experience and 5 years of enterprise networking engineering of ence
Understanding of OS-level operation of Mac OS X, Windows, iOS, and Android
Superb project management, follow-through, and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
Subject Matter Expert level experience working with MDM solutions for iOS/OSX/Android
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco network monitoring tools
Experience with LDAP and Apple Profile Manager, and Apple Configurator
Experience with Apple Device Enrollment Program and Volume Purchase Program
Familiarity with Windows Imaging and OS Deployment Solutions
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to effectively work well with others
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
In accordance with AR 215-3 and the Crime Control Act, personnel requiring access to government CYS Facilities must possess a favorably adjudicated Child Care National Agency Check and Inquiries (CNACI) and a FINAL favorable investigation must be achieved. Additionally a favorable health assessment to include required immunizations is also required.
Education/Training Requirements:
CCNP certification desired
Information Assurance Requirement: Per DoDD 8570.1, the contract employee must possess one of the following DoD-approved baseline certifications associated with IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SCNP, or SSCP) within 6 months of start date.
CCNA, CCDP, CCIE are a plus.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
