Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Infrastructure Manager to join our organization supporting our customers in Harrisburg, PA. Oversees all aspects of IT Infrastructure Service Delivery and Operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Infrastructure Manager * to oversee all aspects of IT Infrastructure Service delivery and operations. This position will be *full-time and remote.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for operational up-time in high availability, 24x7 environment

  • Ensures all CAI and Client processes and procedures are followed

  • Develops and revises operational procedures adopting industry best practices

  • Provides oversight of personnel and delivery efforts

  • Participates in recruiting

  • Manages staff on-boarding / off-boarding

  • Mentors team members and assist in their career development

  • Performs Quarterly Staffing performance and service coverage reviews

  • Collaborates with development teams and other IT peers to set specifications for new applications

  • Researches and resolves production issues and end user support requests

What You'll Need

  • Working knowledge of IT disciplines including:

  • Cloud environment design and administration in Azure

  • Web server administration: JBoss, WebSphere, IIS (.NET)

  • Database administration: Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, DB2

  • Integration/Middleware administration: DataPower, MQ, ACE

  • Infrastructure Architecture and Design

  • Application Performance Monitoring administration with tools like SolarWinds, New Relic, App Dynamics, etc.

  • Working knowledge of AWS preferred but not required

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience leading technical staff

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
