Job Title: Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in building and repairing industrial centrifuges. Ideal candidates will have experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic, particularly with bearings, gearboxes, and similar components. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, schematics, and diagrams, performing assembly-style mechanics and heavy industrial assembly, using hand and power tools, replacing parts, and potentially welding.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Des Moines, Iowa.

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean and organized shop with 25-30 colleagues, closely collaborating with other departments. The available position is for the 2nd shift, from 12pm-8pm, with flexible scheduling options including a 4-day, 10-hour schedule or a 5-day, 8-hour schedule.
