This is an onsite Middleware Risk Remediation Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience at scale on Middleware web, application servers (Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, IIS, IBM WAS, Oracle WebLogic, JBoss, Nginx, etc.) administration performing activities build, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, deploys, configuring, patching and compliance.

• 8+ Experience in Application Production Support in Linux and Windows platforms.

• 2+ years Working knowledge of application monitoring tool like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus.

• Proven experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell/Bash, JavaScript)

• Hands on experience with Ansible playbook execution.

• Experience with deployment automation tools (Git, Ansible, Jenkins)

• Hands on experience on SSL certificate management using Venafi.

• Hands on experience on AppDynamics and Splunk.

 • Excellent troubleshooting skills in all Middleware products.

• Expertise in JVM performance tuning and dumps analyze.

• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including leadership.

• Strong team or technical leadership experience Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
