Our Services for People with Disabilities wrap care around individuals across the state, from providing occasional respite care or weekly services, to 24/7 support in either a shared apartment environment or one-on-one care through our Supported Community Living (SCL) program. What You'll Do
The Program Supervisor oversees 24-hour sites, and is responsible for the delivery the services and supervision of Direct Support Professionals and Site Team Leaders. This role is responsible for:
Developing and maintaining staff schedules
Acting as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members working with individuals in the sites
Working directly with individuals to provide support, assistance, and instruction to help improve personal growth and independence
Will be part of On-call rotation
This position does have some flexibility to work from home, and offers a flexible schedule. We do have a weekend Program Supervisor that helps the needs of the program during weekend hours to help with work life balance when supporting 24 hour services.
Wh at You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED and five years of related experience
OR Associates Degree and three years of related experience
OR Bachelor's Degree and one year of related experience
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field and one year of related experience. Additionally, years of related experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
