Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to have a positive impact on the success of our Oracle Health Sellers. As a Trainer/facilitator you will be responsible to impact learners through compelling content and consistent, engaging delivery. You will collaborate with numerous teams across Oracle Health to develop and facilitate continuous learning.

This network will increase your understanding of what is needed to prepare Sellers to ensure high-performance. You will need proven training, facilitation, leadership experience, and a growing and operational mind-set.

Success in the role is measured by your ability to train and develop Sellers, demonstrate gold-standard facilitation, and maintain high learner and employee satisfaction. This role will depend on your ability to leverage our operating model, understand Seller's needs, capabilities and leverage insights to make strategic decisions that will support Seller's outcomes.

Responsibilities

Facilitate/Train Oracle Health Sellers

Collaborate with Oracle Health Sales Leaders, Sales Enablement, Subject Matter Experts, Product team, etc.

Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders

Facilitate & deliver engaging content

Utilize Oracle Tools and understand Sales Process

Assess and measure Seller's knowledge

Create a data driven learning environment

Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities

Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

US: Hiring Range: from $24.76 to $67.93 per hour; from $51,500 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
