What You'll Do

We’re looking for a Sr. Associate to join our PSI Retirement Business team. In this role, you’ll partner with PFN Advisors to provide top level service and solutions.

Here are a few of the types of things you'll do:

  • Present on PSI's retirement plan capabilities to advisors

  • Be the subject matter expert in options on our platform for retirement plan opportunities (fee based and commission solutions)

  • Providing thought leadership on newsletters that go out to our advisors

  • Be willing to challenge the status quo and help drive innovation and positive changes in the retirement plans business.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, and 3+ yrs of related experience in Financial services, retirement plans or marketing experience

  • Knowledge of corporate retirement plans, wealth management, broker-dealer, wirehouse, and/or registered investment advisors business models and services; knowledge of retirement plan regulatory framework (e.g. ERISA)

  • You have excellent communication skills, including large group presentation skills

  • Analytical and math skills required; comfortable working Microsoft Office tools (e.g Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • Must be extremely organized and be detail-oriented

  • Some travel required 10%

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Industry certifications such as AIF®, C(k)P, QPA, QKA, QKC, CPFA

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 65 or 66 preferred

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$63750 - $121200 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

LOCATION

Remote. Hybrid work environment if living within 30 miles of Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC.

WORK ENVIRONMENTS

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
