What You’ll Do:

Dive Deep into Data: Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data using advanced techniques. Your insights will shape the future of marketing campaigns.

Master Statistical Methods: Apply statistical techniques to understand user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests to optimize marketing efforts.

Predict the Future: Develop predictive models to forecast user engagement, customer lifetime value, and campaign success. Utilize machine learning for segmentation and personalization.

Optimize Attribution: Explore multi-touch attribution models to accurately allocate credit across marketing channels and understand the impact of touchpoints on conversions.

Visualize and Inspire: Create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI. Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Optimize the Marketing Mix: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the impact of various marketing channels. Help optimize budget allocation for maximum performance.

Segment for Success: Use clustering techniques to segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and preferences. Tailor marketing strategies for each segment.

  • Requirements

What You Bring:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a big plus!

Experience:

  • 5 years of industry experience, preferably with exposure to financial products.

  • 2-3 years of direct experience in Marketing Analytics, including web, social media, and campaign performance.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, or similar).

  • Understanding of NLP techniques for analyzing customer feedback and sentiment analysis.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).

  • Expert knowledge of marketing analytics tools

  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
