SENIOR SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR (Direct Hire) CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED !

HYBRID IN DES MOINES OFFICE . WFH 3 DAYS PER WEEK * CANNOT BE 100% REMOTE.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED in this SalesForce Administrator candidate :

  • Salesforce Administration with configuring the entire platform.

  • Sales Cloud & Marketing loud experience REQUIRED

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE build custom apps & custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

MUST HAVE visual force pages, validation rules, users, custom reports, & Workflows.

Experience with business CRM processes such as pipeline management, case management, account management,

*Custom reports and dashboards,

*CRM forecasting and campaign management.

  • Singlehandedly doing Salesforce administrative tasks; configuring users, roles and profiles, workflow rules, page layouts, all reports and dashboards, email services.

  • Working with business units to fully leverage the full capability of Salesforce, Salesforce Design, Flows, and business best practices.

  • Salesforce for internal and external marketing and business processes.

  • MUST HAVE PREVIOUS Salesforce design experience to proactively ASSESS AND EXPLOIT businesses' inner Salesforce functions.

  • Using, future planning, development Salesforce workflows and Salesforce OPTIMIZATION Will be a large part of your job.
