The Role
The Sr. Lead Program Manager will be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our Global Partner Solutions organization focusing on sales and process-related initiatives. You will be tasked with developing and executing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program management and sales motions.
The Main Responsibilities
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
Creating and managing long-term goals
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
Building collateral for presentations and documenting program guides
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Analyzing program risks and return-on-investment (ROI)
Working on strategy with the cross functional key interlock teams
Facilitating meetings with stakeholders and decision makers
Additional duties as required of the business
Some travel as required
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required experience:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field
Proven experience in program management
Proven experience in sales or sales supporting roles
Proven stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to present information to various levels in organizations
Understanding of project management
Preferred experience in:
Developing and executing sales and/or technical partner enablement programs, trainings, and certification/badging programs
Building and managing tiered partner programs with benefits/requirements for various partner types, including ISVs, SIs, VARs, and/or telco channel partners
Leading virtual teams through influence, while also functioning as an individual contributor
Orchestrating training content creation, and documenting/implementing the sales process
Proven qualities:
A self-starter with a proactive attitude, coming up with new ideas on streamlining processes
A team player, collaborating with cross-functional teams, while keeping a positive attitude
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and tracks status rigorously
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
