What You'll Do
We are seeking a Technical Risk Management Sr. Specialist to join our Corporate Risk business area. In this role, under general guidance, you’ll support the administration and execution of IT Risk Management programs, policies, and processes.
Consulting : Serve as a domain expert, collaborating with IT teams to mitigate IT risks and ensuring appropriate controls. Identify excessive risk, recommend corrective actions, and advise on security governance.
Programs & Capabilities : Act as an IT Risk expert, driving knowledge of controls and architectural principles. Find opportunities to minimize risk while supporting business objectives and stay informed about industry trends.
Governance & Oversight : Assess IT and security controls, recommending improvements. Influence the use of controls in system design and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor external risks and recommend updates to policies to ensure alignment with risk thresholds.
Reporting & Communication : Communicate IT risk issues to internal teams globally, ensuring consistent messaging and expanding risk awareness within the IT engineering community. Track issues to resolution.
Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 6+ years work experience
Demonstrable experience as a senior IT, IT risk//audit, or information security professional
Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management, decision-making, and communication skills required, as well as solid leadership and basic presentation skills
Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate technical risk in technical and non-technical terms to all levels of the company
Basic knowledge of business unit applications preferred
Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
May be required to provide on-call support
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products preferred
Engineering, Network, Cyber Security, or IT Risk/Audit skills preferred
Certifications preferred: CISSP, CRISC, CISA, AWS certifications
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$106400 - $144400 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
