IN THE ROLE OF TERRITORY SALES

In Territory Sales, your role combines sales expertise with a commitment to outstanding customer support in a welcoming and approachable manner. Youll play a pivotal role in assisting clients with industrial, construction, and residential equipment, catering to both our new and loyal customers. By adopting a consultative approach, youll actively seek new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships, ensuring our solutions align seamlessly with their specific needs. Your dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience will be evident as you leverage your expertise in Acme Tools product range, service offerings, and ongoing programs to identify opportunities and craft personalized recommendations. Youll coordinate appointments to meet clients at their work sites or businesses, conducting informative product demonstrations. Your commitment doesnt stop at the sale; youll guide customers through product start-up procedures and follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction, addressing any potential concerns along the way. Additionally, as a Territory Sales team member, youll actively participate in store events, manage and maintain a company vehicle and provided technology, all while prioritizing safety measures as you efficiently complete assigned tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of direct customer service experience, preferably in outside sales
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, prior knowledge or use of tools and equipment, and strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
  • The ability to work in-store on Saturdays as business dictates

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Look at a computer screen for extended periods of time
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
