Job Title: Tire Person

Job Description

As a Tire Person, your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You will receive tires at a workable height hanging on a hook, perform visual quality assurance on tires, apply patches where appropriate, paint and stack tires with mechanical assistance, and clean up and finish off excess rubber on finished tires. You will also be expected to use hand tools, envelope tires, add repair information to work orders, load/unload tires in chambers, and organize the warehouse as needed using an RF scanner. Furthermore, you will need to stack/palletize finished tires as needed and keep the work area clean and organized.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in DES MOINES, Iowa.

Work Environment

You will be working in a brand new facility, which is very clean for a tire shop. Your shift will be from 6am - 4:30pm from Monday to Thursday, with overtime when needed on Fridays. You will be part of a team of 12-15 guys in this part of the shop.
