Aston Carter Account Development Executive - IA in Dubuque, Iowa

Description:

Our client is seeking Account Development Executives to help launch a new partnership program with local businesses within rural communicates. This Account Development Executive will work with businesses to identify partnerships. These partnerships will help expand small businesses and help them bring in more income to their business.

Typical Day:

  • 4 days of the week traveling in assigned territory. When not traveling will work remotely. Reliable transportation needed.

  • Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2 hour driving distance)

  • Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply

  • Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application and Vetting process

  • Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce

  • Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis

  • Manage the flow of incoming leads

Qualifications & Experience Required for the Position:

  • 1-2 years of prior sales and/or customer service experience (including reporting, lead tracking, list management etc.)

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  • Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus

  • Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency

  • Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology) - intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com or other SFA tool.

  • Spanish, Mandarin, 2nd language a plus
