DAYBREAK FOODS INC Utility Line Worker in EAGLE GROVE, Iowa

Description

Summary:

Assist in Administrative documentation and various duties within the processing department. Must take on a variety of roles and responsibilities throughout the day that include both administrative and processing line work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter Purchase Orders (PO's) and ordering supplies, ingredients, chemicals
  • Receiving and accounting
  • Bill of Lading (BOL) management for shell egg, raw liquid shipments, past tanker shipments, inedible egg, wastewater reports. and past tote shipments
  • Inventory control of supplies, shell egg, ingredients, and packaging
  • Cleaning of office and break areas
  • Assist with breaks on the line
  • Assist the Processing Supervisor with paperwork, data entry for inventory and yield information
  • Work with vendors of supplies such as smock supplier
  • Answer phones and communicate with visitors and truck drivers

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, EPMX, Time Clocks, Office Equipment

Strong Organizational and people skills.

Physical Demands:

Sit, use keyboard, use fine manipulation with hands and fingers. Lift up to 10 pounds.

Work Environment:

Clean, temperature controlled environment. Noise level is low. No personal protective equipment needed.
