Job Title: Over Head Crane Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. This position involves pulling and staging material for production orders, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring the production of quality parts to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating an overhead crane and forklift, and will handle various shipping and receiving tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Operate an overhead crane and/or forklift to move skids of material or plate.

  • Produce quality parts to customer specifications.

  • Stage material for daily production runs.

  • Unload and load trucks (flatbeds, vans, etc.).

  • Properly complete shipping/receiving paperwork.

  • Confirm work orders on computer systems (SAP).

  • Work safely as outlined during training and use prescribed safety equipment, including PPE.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned; responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with forklift operation.

  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving logistics.

  • Ability to operate an overhead crane.

  • Proficiency in using SAP for work order confirmation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Forklift certification.

  • Overhead crane experience is a plus.

  • SAP experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eldridge, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.45
