Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Execute preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve equipment issues (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic), and perform root cause analysis. Programming & Calibration: Program and troubleshoot automated equipment (PLCs, HMIs, robots), calibrate instruments, and install/repair equipment. Quality Control & Documentation: Conduct quality checks, develop/revise SOPs, document changes, and maintain a computerized maintenance management system. Repairs & Inventory Management: Provide emergency and scheduled repairs, track parts and tools, and ensure availability for projects. Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, comply with safety and regulatory requirements, and use various tools and equipment (e.g., forklifts, scissor lifts). Pay rate: $25-$40 per hour depending on experience and skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fairfield, Iowa.

Work Environment

Non climate controlled environment, working on a team of 6 maintenance technicians, reporting to the maintenance supervisor. Dress code: jeans, steel toed boots, t-shirt. They will provide the rest of the PPE. Shift: 7am - 3pm M-F.
