Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and assist in troubleshooting and repairing building systems including packaging and handling machinery, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and grounds equipment, as well as HVAC systems. Your role will include cleaning, lubricating, and servicing various pumps, valves, and controls, as well as assisting with the installation and modification of building equipment. You will replace and repair building finishes, troubleshoot operational issues, and make recommendations for upgrades and savings. Additionally, you will respond to emergency situations, inspect facilities for safety, operate fire and life safety systems, perform carpentry, snow removal, and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment and commercial buildings. Uniforms are provided along with closed-toed boots. Choose from shift options: 7-4 pm, 8-5 pm, or 9-6 pm, Monday-Friday with no weekend work required.
