POSITION SUMMARY

As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and leading Education and Training activities, guided by the Total Performance Management (TPM) Pillar, within the factory. You will assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives and drive competency building from a training perspective. This position will also support the assessment of facility training needs by working with the Local Leadership Team and using this assessment to develop and implement training programs.

• Implement education and training, coaching and assessment strategies

• Perform education and training assessments to ensure for successful application of methods, coaching and knowledge sharing

• Manage key stakeholders and ensure consistent, clear communication on education and training within the Factory

• Promote widespread use of education and training systems and tools within factory

• Lead the Education and Training Pillar team within the factory

• Support Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) pillars to drive implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) through Total Performance Management (TPM)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• 2+ years of training experience within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment OR a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business, or related field

Other

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

• Strong public speaking and written communication skills

• Ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate instruction

The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
