Great River Health Systems Facilities Specialist | 40 hours a week | Facilities in Fort Madison, Iowa

From $17.17 per hour

Job Description:

The Facilities Specialist provides back up assistance and support for the Director of Facilities Management by maintaining work orders, preventative maintenance systems, door security systems, ID badge system, signage, inventories, policy and procedure manuals, files and records. This position coordinates calls, appointments and meetings for the department; generates maintenance and housekeeping schedules and prepares periodic reports.

Qualifications:

PREFERRED

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Familiarly with building and grounds maintenance.

  • Knowledge of custodial and housekeeping operations.

  • Clerical skills such as computer experience. Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, etc.
