How to contribute to our vision

The mission of this position is to ensure Global Quality Project management in both minor internal Quality improvement projects, and you are expected to have experience in Data analysis as you will be supporting Global Quality data analysis.

You are currently working as a Project Manager or as a Quality Engineer / Quality technician and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience within Quality.

Some of your key tasks will include but are not be limited to:

  • Plans and completes Global Quality projects.

  • Responsible for Quality adherence to our PLM process.

  • Responsible for coordinating all quality-relevant activities, e.g. Quality experts supporting PFMEA finalization and production readiness release.

  • Acts as an advisor to management and business partners on Quality related topics.

  • Advices and escalates to the accountable management of the unit, in all project quality-related issues.

  • Ensures implementation of Quality standards, guidelines, and programs in NPI, NFI and TT projects.

  • You be the lead for our next generation Blade for the American marked

  • Executes quality standards in Production Quality operations and processes.

  • Performs project quality reporting and analysis.

  • Ensures effective cooperation with both, internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues. Performs Quality coordination for all production products within BU and to other partner production sites.

  • Coordinates Quality expert resources and track progress

  • Manages Quality-related activities with involved internal and external parties.

  • Drives and coaches Quality related topics globally within area of responsibility.

  • Contributes to project budget planning processes

What you need to make a difference

  • You have significant experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a large-scale manufacturing / engineering / automotive environment

  • You have a strong quality mindset and the ability to inspire your colleagues and other stakeholders for a culture of continuous improvement

  • You are structured, facts-driven, and able to work under pressure and manage several operational and conceptual activities at the same time 6 Sigma certification

  • An Engineering degree is preferred

  • Traveling is expected. During implementation of the Blade for the American marked an increased travel activity should be expected

  • You are fluent in English - both spoken and written
