TEKsystems Clinical Customer Service Representative in Grimes, Iowa

TEKsystems is hiring a clinical customer service representative to join our clients team onsite in Grimes.

Description:

  • Answers the telephone and disburses calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. Conveys messages accurately and appropriately.

  • Initiate and complete Medicare clinical documentation requests within a timely manner by working with patients and physician office.

  • Review Medicare clinical notes and valid they meet Medicare requirements.

  • Request addendums for clinical notes that do not meet guidelines.

  • Collaborates with supervisor and internal departments, as needed, to provide account status updates and coordinate the resolution of issues.

  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers; resolves any customer requests in a timely and accurate manner; escalates complaints accordingly.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in clinical setting or call center

  • Medical terminology

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
