GNB Bank Insurance Customer Service Representative (Insurance CSR) in Grundy Center, Iowa
This position will provide administrative support to agency, producers, real estate agents and accounting functions, while building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepares quotes and completes applications for personal insurance products. Prepares reports, claim forms, policy cancelations and endorsement requests utilizing the computer management system. Maintains agency tickler system. Completes renewal applications. Maintains agency files and records. Performs file maintenance within the computer management system. Serves as a back-up to the claims representative with timely follow-up on claims and inquiries.Prepares reports and supports tasks of the insurance/real estate accounting department. Answers and routes incoming telephone calls. Maintains appointment schedules for the agents.
