Responsibilities:

• Efficiently entering invoices and coding them properly.

• Managing a large amount of data entry tasks.

• Maintaining and updating customer credit records accurately.

• Handling customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required.

• Reaching out to different branches to gather receipts for expense reimbursements.

• Resolving customer inquiries and providing them with accurate information.

• Tracking and monitoring credit card receipts.

• Assisting in maintaining financial records and ensuring all entries are up-to-date.

• Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Adhering to all company policies and regulations while performing duties.

Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry is essential

• Ability to Code Invoices is required

• Experience with Enter Invoices is necessary

• Must be adept at handling Credit Card Receipts

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
