Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating the repair and maintenance services for our clients' machines. This position will also require you to maintain inventory. Pay can increase based on experience.
Duties: - Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our store - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their problems - Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs - Coordinate with mechanic to ensure timely completion of repairs - Keep customers informed about the status of their machine throughout the repair process - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and services provided
-Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts
Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers - Knowledge of inventory management - Ability to maintain attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
