The Fulfillment Associate, Real Estate Search , works in a fast paced environment researching and obtaining online commercial property records to meet our customer's requirements.   • Work with team to ensure daily workload is completed on-time and with high-quality results

  • Adhere to state or county rules for public record filings using a guided internal system

  • Willingness to develop career skills as applicable to the position and career trajectory

  • Contribute to atmosphere of continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures as you grow with the position

  • Minimal direct customer contact required; mainly email communication as needed

  • Make well informed and timely decisions to meet client expectations and requirements


  • At least three-years' work experience: real estate, mortgage, banking, or title company is required.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree and above highly preferred.

  • Able to work and support a 100% remote/work from home job.

  • Experience with real estate property records is highly desired.

  • Solid customer service skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook along with excellent data entry skills.

  • Comfortable learning and working on internal systems.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage and prioritize demands from multiple sources, external and internal

  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate ability to problem solve.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem solving. skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
