Description:

This role will be a contract role (with the opportunity for hire!) from September thru January. Will be hybrid or 100% onsite - must sit in or around Des Moines, IA.

This role will work directly with the customers this insurance provider provides dental insurance to - will be connecting with HR teams, agents, and brokers regarding open enrollment applications and questions.

Daily Duties:

Assist with processing applications in the system. Will operate out of a company specific CRM (HDS).

May be put on phone work towards the end of the contract - previous phone experience is a plus!
