As a Cook at Brio, you will be responsible for:

  • Help to create the menu, add your signature dish.

  • Create a dining experience which allows each of our residents the opportunity to truly enjoy their meal.

  • Assure food is presented in a manner that is appealing as well as healthy

  • Build meaningful relationships with our residents

Qualifications

Experience

Required

  • Because you will be working in the home of our residents, we will expect you to be able to communicate, read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Preferred

  • Beginning-level computer skills are expected.

  • Prior experiences with large quantity cooking and modified diets are preferred but not required.

  • We would like you to have at least one year of prior cooking experience in a restaurant, hospitality or health care setting.
