Description
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide clinical and administrative support services to ensure that families, staff, and visitors have a positive experience. Job duties will include answering a multi-line phone, checking in visitors, and completing clerical work as well as occasional projects. Schedule will vary as the needs change weekly. Hours will vary between 7:30am - 6pm, and may only be a few hours per day/week depending on the need. What You'll Do:
Greet and identify needs of visitors to ChildServe.
Provide a positive customer service experience when interacting with families, visitors, and staff.
Answer multi-line telephone, routing the call as appropriate
Mail and fax distribution.
Provide clerical support to program and partner programs, and assist with updating data, provide project support, data collection, and similar tasks.
Provide support to visitors and families as they have questions about our safety protocol.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED required.
One year of clerical/administrative or customer service experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
