Description

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide clinical and administrative support services to ensure that families, staff, and visitors have a positive experience. Job duties will include answering a multi-line phone, checking in visitors, and completing clerical work as well as occasional projects. Schedule will vary as the needs change weekly. Hours will vary between 7:30am - 6pm, and may only be a few hours per day/week depending on the need. What You'll Do:

  • Greet and identify needs of visitors to ChildServe.

  • Provide a positive customer service experience when interacting with families, visitors, and staff.

  • Answer multi-line telephone, routing the call as appropriate

  • Mail and fax distribution.

  • Provide clerical support to program and partner programs, and assist with updating data, provide project support, data collection, and similar tasks.

  • Provide support to visitors and families as they have questions about our safety protocol.

    What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • One year of clerical/administrative or customer service experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
