Kelly Services Customer Support Representative in Johnston, Iowa

Do you have practical knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), and utility vehicles? Have you previously worked in agriculture or technology? Do you have a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business, or Engineering related field, I.T. or similar discipline?

This is a temporary only position and we do not anticipate it going permanent. You are able to apply directly to internal openings with the client.

Pay Rate: Highly competitive pay rate of $19 - $20.50 per hour.

Hours: Contact Center is open from 7am - 7pm CST, Monday - Friday

· Four shifts available that rotate within the 12 hour operation:

7:00am - 3:30pm

8:00am - 4:30pm

9:00am - 5:30pm

10:30am - 7:00pm

· Candidate must be available to work any 8-hour shift within the 7am-7pm support window.

· Candidate will work on-site at client 4 days a week with the option to work from home on Friday's

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Associate? You’ll be:

• Providing information and solutions to channel partners, customers, and company personnel on product-related inquiries.

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns of a moderately complex level.

• Documenting customer interactions and issues.

• Assisting in the promotion of our client's products/services/programs.

• Negotiating with customers and dealers to provide proper policy execution and resolution.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 6+ months of call center and customer service/support experience.

• Possess efficient researching and troubleshooting skills.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Are proficient with Microsoft Office products.

• Are willing to work occasional overtime and holidays.

• Have a solid work history and proven dependability.

• Have reliable at-home internet and a distraction-free workplace.
