Job Title: Laboratory TechnicianJob Description

General laboratory operations and routine laboratory or information handling tasks in support of scientific research. Perform tasks according to accepted methods and training prescribed by the work group. The candidate will work on plant transformation and tissue culture supporting the research dicot lab. This is a hands-on lab-based role which requires the ability to concentrate, pay attention to details, work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, troubleshoot to develop effective solutions when problems occur, and maintain organized records of work, project data, and other information as needed.
