Description

We are excited to offer a part-time opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team! This team member will assist us with posting job openings, screening applicants, and supporting hiring leaders for our high-volume direct care roles. This role offers a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work from home and the chance to collaborate on-site in Johnston with our fantastic team!

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, general business hours

  • Part-time: Approximately 24 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Create a great candidate experience by getting to know our candidates! Discuss prior employment and interest with ChildServe and align them with the perfect position to utilize their strengths.

  • Makes independent decisions to determine whether a candidate moves forward in the selection process.

  • Ensure accurate data entry for all applicants received in the HRIS system.

  • Analyze and monitor trends in recruitment sourcing data from the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and make recommendations as appropriate.

  • Partner with team members to provide recommendations and facilitate communication on human resources policy, processes, systems, and laws.

  • Support and train hiring leaders through the hiring process.

  • Consult hiring leaders on best interviewing and hiring practices, lead conversations based on data and partners with leaders to problem solve process and talent acquisition issues.

What You'll Need

  • 2-year associate degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Experience with recruiting and hiring activities and an ATS, preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

  • Ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
