Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (36 hours per week) in our Le Mars, IA Family Medicine Clinic for a Patient Services Coordinator.

Patient Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) is responsible for coordinating services for patients receiving care from their provider. PSC must be able to manage all aspects of their patients’ medical records, and provide support functions for the assigned provider. Must perform all these duties in a calm and pleasant manner, while performing duties accurately and in a timely manner.

• Monday, Tuesday, 1/2 day Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. With no weekends or holidays.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 1 year experience in a customer service setting.

• Mandatory Reporter training certification is required as an employee.
