Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

Operate a variety of machinery including coiling machines, hose pullers, hose accumulators, and turntables. You will be responsible for applying ferrules and inserts to hose coils, crimping hose ends, operating strapping machines, applying retail packaging to products, and operating automatic box-tapers. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse is essential.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Marion, Iowa.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and organized. The facility is not temperature-controlled but remains sufficiently cool during the summer months. Shifts available include 1st Shift (7:00am-3:30pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), and 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:30am). Overtime is optional and available on a first-come, first-serve basis, including before and after shifts and on weekends.
