Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Receptionist/Pt Reg Rep for its Marshalltown office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: maintaining desk activities, including greeting, scheduling and instructing of patients and visitors, use multi-line telephone system, including answering and screening calls.

Education

  • High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.

    Days: Monday-Friday. May include coverage for Express Care and extended hours in Pediatrics

    Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience

  • Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.

  • Completion of Medical Terminology class required within one year of employment.

  • Keyboard and computer experience.
