3rd Shift Supervisor

Our client in Oskaloosa, IA is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.

Join us as a Dryer Supervisor overseeing safe, high-quality egg ingredient production. Ensure compliance with standards, train staff, and maintain production flow.


  • Supervise drying plant operations for safety and quality.

  • Train staff on SOPs and SSOPs.

  • Conduct orientations and evaluate performance.

  • Monitor production goals and equipment maintenance.

  • Ensure compliance with FSIS and OSHA standards.


  • High school diploma/GED.

  • 3 years' supervisory experience in production.

  • Mechanical aptitude; MS Office proficiency.

  • Knowledge of safety, FSIS, and food processing.

Physical Requirements:

  • ADA-compliant job functions.

  • 3rd shift availability; occasional weekends.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
