We are looking for a dynamic and driven Home Care Account Executive to help us continue our mission and expand our reach.

Position Purpose:

As a Home Care Account Executive , you will be the face of our brand in your assigned territory, building strong relationships with key partners such as physicians, assisted living facilities, and senior care providers. Your goal will be to increase community awareness and preference for our services while driving business growth and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living facilities, and other key accounts.

  • Increase brand awareness and establish our home care services as a community favorite.

  • Strategically manage an assigned territory to meet and exceed referral and growth targets.

  • Represent Above and Beyond at community events and professional gatherings to promote services.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Allied Health, Marketing, Communications, Nursing, or related field.

  • Previous sales experience is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of achieving goals and driving success.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Proficient with spreadsheet and presentation software.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
