The mission of the position is to support all HR activities for non-executive employees in order to meet HR targets (e.g. recruiting, employee development, etc.) and people satisfaction:

▪ support all HR activities for the plant

▪ support the implementation of the Corporate HR Initiatives in the Location (e.g. culture development, diversity)

▪ engage on continuous improvement activities by applying CBS methods and training measures (e.g. lean administration)

▪ act as a change agent by consulting and supporting management within change projects

▪ support the implementation of HR corporate projects

▪ ensure a successful and effective HR Communication for the location

▪ data analysis, tracking, reporting

▪ support deployment of employer branding measures

▪ ensure recruiting, sourcing and selection of candidates as well as the onboarding process according to standards and in corporation with the CoE/Shared Services

▪ support the plant talent and competency management

▪ ensure the talent and competency management programs are made available for target groups at the plant

▪ administrate payroll and benefits as well as personnel file, training and expat administration, exit management and timekeeping according to standards respecting budget and legal requirements

▪ plan and implement local employee relations measures (e.g. motivation, conflict resolution, events, communication, etc.) to ensure positive work culture

▪ support employees on questions related to benefits

▪ support Managers in time and attendance administration to ensure consistency, Identifying timing errors and working with supervisors/managers to ensure payroll accuracy.

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or a related field OR 2 years HR experience in lieu of a degree

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention-to-detail and organization skills

  • Ability to proactively make decisions and escalate matters as necessary

  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Programs to include: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Power BI
