Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the role of Inspection & Shipping Clerk in our DS Cat/Kitting area. This position involves a variety of tasks related to processing product orders, inventory management, kitting, inspection, and shipping. Responsibilities: • Obtain and process product orders, acting as a picker to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Pull parts from inventory and stage them for shipment according to order specifications. • Prepare and customize boxes as needed for shipping purposes. • Assemble kits by gathering the required components and packaging them appropriately. • Perform inspection of parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements. • Coordinate shipping activities, including preparing shipping labels and documentation. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in MOUNT VERNON, Iowa.

Work Environment

Clean, temperature-controlled warehouse environment. 40 employees total in the warehouse. Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes or khakis. Shorts and t-shirts or tank tops are acceptable. 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm. Occasional OT - typically voluntary.
