We are in search of a Sr. Application Developer to join a local team that makes a global impact in the Tech Engineering industry based in MUSCATINE, Iowa. Responsibilities:

• Analyzing information requirements and developing an action plan.

• Writing, testing, and debugging computer software.

• Accessing and reporting data as necessary.

• Assisting in the development and execution of project schedules.

• Ensuring installed software systems are well maintained.

• Providing timely support to end-users as needed.

• Mentoring other developers in a team environment.

• Utilizing skills such as Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, Business Logic, and Cloud Technologies in daily tasks.

• Developing REST endpoints and APIs.

• Working with .NET Frameworks- C#, VB, JavaScript, and HTML; experience with Blazor is a plus.

• Handling data and information in a confidential manner.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Sr. Application Developer or similar role for a minimum of 5 years

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management

• Demonstrated knowledge in Backend Development

• Experience in creating Business Logic for complex software systems

• Familiarity with Client Side Scripting

• Advanced understanding of Cloud Technologies such as Microsoft Azure

• Experience in AB Testing methodologies

• Ability to work within an Agile Scrum team

• Proficiency in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications

• Experience in API Development and management

• Proficiency in ASP.NET and Blazor for web development

• In-depth understanding of the .NET Framework

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
