The Summer Camp Aquatics Manager oversees all aquatic programming and activities, ensuring the safety, engagement and enjoyment of campers and staff at the waterfront or pool area. This role involves supervising lifeguards, maintaining safety protocols and managing the day-to-day operations of aquatic facilities. The Aquatics Manager plays a critical role in creating a safe and fun environment for campers of all ages to participate in swimming, water sports and other water based activities.
