Summary
Under the direction of the Administrator:
Conducts all duties related to human resources as assigned by the Administrator, including but not limited to: recruiting, hiring, orientating, onboarding, training, scheduling, and counseling employees
Ensures that all legal and regulatory employment standards are met and appropriate documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Prioritizes duties to promote optimal staffing levels, comprised of the highest quality team members
Qualifications / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in human resources or work-related experience preferred
Must possess outstanding organization and time management skills
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
Proficient computer skills required

Additional Information
Shift: Days, Flex Scheduling
Wage Range*: $14.50/hr-$16.00/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Pay: $0.15/hr per year up to ten (10) years
