Head Women's Soccer Coach

Northwestern College is seeking applicants for the position of head women’s soccer coach. The position is a full-time, 10-month (August to May) role. Join the excellent Red Raider athletic department which claimed 7 GPAC titles and finished in the top 20 of the 2023-2024 NAIA Learfield Cup standings. Responsibilities will include administering and promoting the program in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of Northwestern’s athletic department and directing practices, recruiting athletes and developing positive relationships with assistant coaches and athletes alike. This position may include teaching in the kinesiology curriculum or additional athletic department duties.

A master’s degree is preferred, but all qualified candidates for the position will be considered. Applicants must possess excellent knowledge of the sport of soccer and have experience as a head or assistant soccer coach at the college or high school level.
